Some progress on my Trumpeter 1/35 K1A1. Finally got the road wheels all removed from the tree and cleaned up. Unlike Tamiya, you must dry fit everything! Hopefully I will have a photo update soon.

Hello everyone!
I have not worked on my project for a long time, but there is already something to show from my work progress.
Here are some photos.
The work continues.
Nice modelingbuild.

David,
If that's the Sho't Centurion then it definitely qualifies. Go for it!

@k_mero4 –Kalin,
Oh, my goodness I don’t feel so bad now, I too have not worked on my project since I last posted. No choice life things get in the way! Need to get back to work on it. Yours is coming along fine and you even have a complete interior to do, which by the way looks amazing. I’m far behind and I don’t have an interior to contend with. Keep it coming!
This campaign is starting to rock!!!

well it's time to start spreading the paint around and after some pre-sahding with flat earth from tamiya i have now gone on to do the main coat of paint which is tamiya dark yellow with some buff thrown in to tone it down a little. next came the some mid painting range which was tamiya dark yellow followed by the highlights which was dark yellow with white mixed in.
still plenty more to do, a gloss coat and decals are the next item on the agenda, when i get time.
oh and i pulled a shelf queen out, namely the afv club scimitar and gave that a similar treatment.

Hi David,
Both looks very nice to me and I like your canvases very much, I am curious to see the weathering you will apply. I mostly paint my tanks in various shades of different greens, so I hope to learn good ideas from your projects.
Rgds,
Tamas

Hi tamas and thanks for those kind words.
the canvas covers are made from tissue paper which was cut to size and then coated with a mixture of white glue mixed with water. once it dried I trimmed any excess with a sharp knife and then i coated with super glue and let that dry overnight. this gives the tissue extra strength and makes it a lot easier to paint with an airbrush or even a regular brush.
hope this helps.

Progress! Got a NATO-flage thrown down. Not entirely accurate, but I am liking it. Now onto washes and weathering.

Very nice work going on here!
I've bogged down on the Magach, so I'm doing something completely insane:
I know this is nuts, but it's what I want to do! So I guess we'll see...

Hi Michael. A particular reason you stopped the Magach? I have the Meng Magach 6B in the stash
