Yes the campaign is over and yes I've delivered ribbons. However, upon looking again at the campaign gallery I don't see any pictures of your model posted there, which is a requirement to get a ribbon as stated in the rules. If you go ahead and post some there and let me know, I'll shoot you a ribbon.
