More Wuerzburg from my side:
To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed with this kit...
That's maybe because I'm building it side-to-side with Trumpeter's GAZ-66 for the Golden Memories Campaign(as the R-142N radio truck, I served on 25 years ago)- a small jewel and pure pleasure to build.
I'm not speaking of flash, poor fit or sprue gates at bevelled surfaces- these are problems that can be solved.
I get the feeling AH did not pay enough attention when developing their rendition of the marvelous FuMG 39 apparatus. As a result one gets an oversimplified kit, where details are roughly molded on.
It could have become a splendid kit, unfortunately (just like Takom's Hanomag SS-100) it is a sloppy one...
Having said that, I'll build the kit as planed and will do my best to not let my disappointment become visible,

I'll take your word for that Angel, because it looks fine to me.
Maybe if they didn't try to cram the two different kits in the one box, they might have taken more time and supplied more detail...
Welcome aboard Richard. A nice kit as I have said previously. Looking forward to seeing it done.

Construction of radar set almost finished(less basement, that needs to undergo some surgery, and for round supports):
I will use it in transport configuration:
Next will be basement surgery.
And scratchbuild of 2 Sd.Anh.104 trailers,

Looks good Angel. I've only seen a few photos of them, and none of those photos were very detail worthy. So sing it painted up will be awesome.

Excellent Angel. A very unusual subject to what most people build. I look forward to seeing on wheels too.

Lookin' good, Angel!
I'm stuck at the painting stage of my little project. Gotta order some more NATO Black and NATO Green as soon as the paycheck hits the bank!

Hoping this one fits in, going to work on a BDRM-2
Want to finish up a hetzer build before I crack this one open, already got some resin wheels for it too.

It certainly fits in with the theme Comrade. The full Russian name for it means Combat Reconnaissance Patrol Machine or some such... so intended to be in an observation role, and gun is only 14.5 mm.
Boxes ticked. Welcome aboard

FuMG 39D basement surgery done, basecolor and other colors applied, wiring connected:
FuMG 39D in transport mode:
Next I'll spray protective coating and hopefully add some decals(I was given some leftover 1/72 airplane technicals).
Then will move to Sd.Anh.104.

Wow, your airbrush was in action. Well done. ... Will that be the primary color? Or maybe gray, green ... Good luck!

My current status with sd.kfz.251 "Rosi" is this.
AFV's resin parts were bend in every direction. (Hot water helped a lot). But worse they are too short to fit properly. I will mask the gaps with the suspension's armoured plates.
I have another 251 for which I would like to use the engine and the front frame from JP Hobby conversion set. I had to copy in resin the engine's bottom cover.
In this way I gained a nice and well detailed front part for my half-track.
"Rosi" has late tracks. I have to assembly them first and put the rear suspension together before gluing the front part in right position.
Why, oh why! There are pin marks on every single track.

That's some nice, though aggravating work, Marek. I wonder why AFV club would produce that part in resin instead of plastic.

Sorry, guys, offline for a couple of days.
Angel she is really coming to life now. simply superb, but what else should I expect from you.
Nice work Marek. I am surprised at the rein needing to be bent. I do not remember having to do that on my old Tamiya build... but that was a long time ago. The extra work and replacement parts are a nice touch.

Thanks Peter!
I managed to add some decals here and there, plus a support for the EAG-62 Saturn(range indicator device):
I gave the radar several coats of satin varnish and started working on Sd.Anh.104:
I'm using some sketches from my last years RRH build (plus the RRH)
