Beautiful work, Peter! Nice details!
I have finished my AB43 recon armored car for this campaign. I aimed for a muddy Fall 1944 feeling in the Balkans.
The camouflage did not come out as I wanted, but overall I am satisfied.

All,
Hope everyone is staying healthy and safe during this pandemic!
been awhile since my last post. BUT still checked out all the AWESOME work that you gents are putting into your builds!
i still been at the bench working on some old builds that i was enlisted but never finished. Hopefully thats going to change.
With all your eye candies, i decided to join this campaign with a sd.kfz 250/3 'Greif' by dragon.
my entry pics
I did start a greif in a dak campaign a while ago but never finished. One late night i left the greif on the bench. the next morning, our toddler got hold of it and that was the end of that build.
one day on ebay, i saw this greif (pictured) and the price+shipping was a price i could not pass up on! So i did what any other modeler would do.
to cut time, im going to try and salvage some parts from my old greif.

Peter,
I think that is a 20mm Breda. They never got around to mounting the 47MM gun.
I think it may be a little thick for scale.

I concur... The AB-43 was PLANNED to carry a 47mm gun, but ended up using the available 20mm Breda autocannon.
Given the stated 25mm upper limit, I believe this one meets the campaign intent and rules. Just my opinion, of course!
Cheers! Bob

Excellent Roman. Love it. That little dio base really sets if off. Thanks for joining in. Don't forget to add pics to the campaign Gallery if you haven't done that yet - I can't access it at the moment to see if you have or not.....

Nicely done, Roman! Great little dio!

Excellent Tom. I Love the details like the rusty inner wheel face and idler. A very fine addition to your collection and one the mortar team will be happy with too!
Thanks for joining in, it has been a pleasure watching your build.

Tom, nice faded camouflage. Did you use workable tracks on your model ?
Posted: Monday, June 15, 2020 - 11:06 AM UTC
Thanks guys! The tracks are the kit rubber bands I hate to admit, but I just couldn't face the cost of the excellent PSM 3D-printed tracks that cost more than the kit. Some day one of the more modern companies will give us decent versions of this little stunner, but for now mine was simply out-of-box.

Sounds like a clogged tip, or too much pressure Kelly. Looking good though.

I came across some time back about the 2009 pic in tan. It is definitely a unicorn in tan. But the argument for it being in service somewhere is open for those that care.
