Hi Gang,
well there´s 3 and half days left, so it´s time for the
last brush strokes and please don´t forget to get your pictures into the gallery.
See you on the 16th when I get the ribbons sorted out still trying to work that out, but do not fear
you´ll all get them on the day
Cheers
Paul

Hello All.
Ok Paul, here's where I'm at. Sorry for the nearly 2 wk no-show, but the life will get in the way sometimes, eh?
Had to add these pics of the ancient supplies, unused for almost 30yrs!
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
Almost ran out of the shadow color
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
Lastly, ready for weathering! Finally!
[/img]
[/img]
[/img]
I've truly enjoyed the Campaign, and 'digging' out the Jurassic Era memories Some great builds here, kudos to all!
What is the final submit to gallery day? No worries, but I could have this one done and ready for submission by Thurs 16th.
Thanks to All, Cheers
Dave

Hi Dave, cool supplies there, I also have a load of that stuff. Well to your question about the final upload date, I have no idea. What´s the usual thing around here, I could say it´s ok up to Friday. Is that ok or even allowed?

Hi there again,
well I would to thank all of those who took part in this
rather short and fast campaign of mine , a huge thanks goes out to all of those that actualy finished this .
I hope you all enjoyed this as much as I did , even though some things went wrong here and there , but in the end you all turned out some cool builds from these olden
problem filled goldies.
I hope you were all satisfied with me as campaign leader , this was my first run in this position and if I did anything wrong then don´t hessitate to let me know so that I can do things better next time
which is in fact in two weeks time (hint).
I´m thinking about a part 2 to this but not until next year,
and maybe just maybe I´ll change the rules a little
Well thanks for taking part and listening to me rant on, and I hope to see you all somewhere else very soon.
Paul
P.S. those of you who have their pictures in the Gallery should have their awards now, for those not quite finished I´ll wait till Friday thats the absolute deadline.

Thanks for the campaign Paul. It was fun to build the old Panzer II and it motivated me to rid the stash of the Bergepanzer IV.
I'd be interested in a part 2, but I'll wait until the rules are listed. The only pre-2000 kits I have are already started or were purchased recently. That conflicts with the spirit of the campaign. And I'm not going to lie about how long I've had a kit.
Plus, I'm scaling back on my campaign commitments. I actually dropped out of a few campaigns last week.

Paul it was a really nice campaign. Thanks. Older kits still look good once you give them time and a bit more work. Waiting for the sequel.

Thanks for the ribbon, it was a fun campaign. Definitely interested in a second round soon, I have a number of vintage aircraft kits I need a kick in the butt to build.

This was a fun campaign, giving a chance to make use of some really old kits on the shelf.
Mike your Skyhawk looks fantastic, love those gull grey jets from the 1960's.
