25 all-up for kit plus any AM, other than scratch materials and a bit of paint, etc.?

Works for me!

I will be IN on this one!

Hope this campaign gets approved. I think it gets back to the core of modeling. You don't have to spend a lot of money to enjoy our hobby.

Doggone it! It's another Dargon kit!

I've got more than a few of those, myself! And some several under the $25 limit by lots!

I just got a Dragon Stug IV Early Smart Kit for exactly $25... Not including shipping. But I won't be using it in this campaign sadly

And actually that TKS that was $7.50, the guy lowered to $4.

found the old academy knock off of the tamiya kit, $20.14, Im rounding down on that one. Should be fun to try to bring it up to a decent standard. The tracks are going to suck but I've blown the budget!

I'm gonna switch, I'm, going to build a Cyber Hobby T-34/85 Orange Box $20 lol Got it off my buddy who gave me a great deal , he runs his own online model store. Unless I go hunting this weekend & find something cheap in Hamilton.

Lakota

not shure about Nick (TankManNick)
and Sal (ltb073) is sadly busy elsewere

from that we need only ONE more (or can I count myself in? )... and a ribbon, of course...

I had to browse through my stash aswell... I could enter with one Tristar Panzer IV or one of Dragons early StuGs... but I guess some afteremaket wouldn´t hurt there. Got some Paks and Flaks and Motorcyles but, well, I think I´m going bigger that that:

470 parts, 60 PE and 10 Clear plastic, full crew compartment. Released January 2014... scored last week in an German online shop.

Exactly 15 quid.

Fabian,
I still may jump in here if the time frame is right, but I'm so far behind on my build I dont want to be counted as the 10 committed
By the way looks like a nice kit for the price

I'm interested to see that BTR build up. I've got my SA-9 so I'm ready. I'm pretty sure we'll get another person onboard for this one.

I just placed an order for Trumpeter's Type 89 mlrs, for $17, before shipping. If this qualifies, I think I can hold off tearing into it.

Of course Matt, that is in... unless you spend more than 8$ on aftermarket

So we´ve got the basic team together, great. But before I can submit it we have to settle down a timeframe.
How about starting December or Jannuary, and going til September/October (10 Months)?

That works for me — gives me about 9 ½ months to procrastinate and two weeks to build!

I'm fine with the timeframe and whatever start date is picked.

Matt, that's a neat vehicle. I have it on my wishlist for Christmas.

Alex: Thank you. I always thought the Type 89 was a sexy beast, but thought it being an older kit would require a lot of work. Alex' build made me do a little research( https://armorama.kitmaker.net/forums/227071 ) and decide that I had to try it out.

Oh it's on? Count me in. For the bargain I should I should enter this $2 item:

But for a first campaign, I think TankManNick should enter a tank, eh? $20. Good excuse to build a modern vehicle for a change!

I know the feeling. At some point I expect to move the launcher on the Gaskin on a Trumpeter BDRM or some other chassis.

This sounds like a good one I,am sure I can find something for that kind of money at one of the shows before the end of this year.
