Makes a big difference Alan but one before and after post in a single post is not in keeping with either the rules or the spirit of the campaign. We're not sticklers on rules but a bit of participation is what its all about. That and having fun....

This is only my place holder. There is still more to come. Waterline weathering still needs to be added along with changes to the cargo bay

Hello,

I'm fairly new to Armorama, and is like to join in on a campaign.

How do I go about joining in on this one?

Thanks for any help.

OK, so I don't think I'm going to be able to get to my planned unfinished kit as I have another unfinished one I think I can complete in time; my previous entry in the What IF V campaign...

It's a recce vehicle based on the Swedish STRV-103. It needs a few details added. SOme flaws fxed adn then paint and weathering. I _might_ get that done in 2 months.

Thank you, Sean. Hopefully I'll be done with assembly today or tomorrow and once this rain passes, I'll start on paint and weathering.

Cheers,
Dustin

The DUKW is very cool Alan. The cammo and weathering are nicely done.

My Jeep is just about at the point of painting. A few bits still to sort out.

It's the old Italeri 1/35 kit. Builds up quick with a minimum of fuss.
I'm finishing it as a Canadian Provost Corps Jeep from Bison Decals Korean War sheet.

I have totally screwed! I was supposed to enlist into this campaign on spring and now I realised, I have forgotten to do so!!!? All this time I have thoughed, that I'm part of this campaign and I've been finishing Tamiya Schwimmwagen for this. Plus I now realised, I've forgotten to not only to enlist on spring but also add pics on this topic!! Goddang!! Any suggestions?? Year is almost done and I've stuck in to starting line.....

Ok,enlisted! I think I can't use my Schwimmwagen as an entry at this point anymore, so I picked another self queen: Bronco's 1/35 German Sd.Ah.52 37 mm Flak 36/37 Ammunition Carriage Trailer.... what a monster as a name for a kit. So this is, where it stands at the moment:

So, I better hurry up...

Looks interesting Kimmo. Will it become part of a larger diorama or towed behind a vehicle?

Finally got some paint on my Jeep. I used Revell acrylic 46 NATO Olive. I find it looks about right for faded OD. I brush painted it as it was easier than digging out the airbrush and compressor for such a small model. Revell acrylics brush quite well if they are thinned with a little Winsor and Newton Acrylic Flow Improver. Seats were painted with various Valejo colours.
Just a few touch ups and she'll be ready for some decals.
