Hi Ron,
I must admit I still need to get used to the white spots but I think you did the job as convincing as it could get. Excellent job! gr TC

Hi Guys,
well my King Tiger is ready, and I guess just in time :-).
I am quite happy with the weathering effects but well... the basic camo just sucks. My daughter complemented me on the nice tank and she espescially liked the pink dots... . Well nuf said...
But in the end modeling is also a learning hobby and this baby stays as it is now with all her pride and misfortunes.
Ok gues here we go:
This was the shelf queen when I started... and now she looks like this:
Well maybe it is like the make over TV shows... they can improve the looks but just hide the real ugglyness. That way the name of this dio should be: "The shelf queen who should have stayed on the shelf".

I think you did a very nice job, Lars. And you're very correct, this is all a learning experience.
Cheers,
Dustin

With hours to go I am finished with my Airborne 6Pd gun
I think that this was for the Bronco campaign and never got finished. I found the gun it's self a pain in the butt to build. There are some minute parts and photo-etch in this kit and some imprecise gluing locations. If it was not for this campaign I am sure that it would have languish in the box forever.

Thanks Sean and Dustin!
Cam great looking 6 pdr and figs, the camo looks most excellent! Very nice King Tiger Lars, the camo looks great to me and the weathering is awesome. I too learned a lot on this campaign, mostly not to give up.

Cam some really nice camo on this figures. The whole scene looks active and lively. Are you going to put in some enviromental elemaents too?

Afraid I never got to finish. Beaten at the last hurdle. Moved into our new house the weekend before Christmas. I'm not even sure what box I packed the Jeep in thinking about it.
Great to see all those completed builds.
Happy new year to everyone
