Just so I don't mess up. This campaign will be my first that I completed since joining KMN. I actually got 2 kits finished in 2015 (for this campaign, did not do so well in Hanger Queen V campaign). Is there another place I need to post pic's of the completed project/kit or is here good enough ?

Well, they all made it through construction and priming
The wonderfully smooth Italeri plastic was textured using Revell Contacta glue painted on with its applicator brush:
I'm not really up on Allied colours and these three are a bit of a test for OD
Feedback would be welcome on suitability of these colours as I know British vehicles were supposed to be wearing an approximation of OD.
Unfortunately I have misplaced the tracks of the Crusader AA so it's stuck here:
And the s.WS is stuck due to missing decals:
To be honest the weather here hasn't helped over the last few weeks so I haven't been in a position to muddy the Shermans and they present as factory-fresh exemplars
but at least I got rid of the box

Ok, I failed on last mile...., and I'm SOOO PISSED!!!!! Damn christmas frenzy and mania took all my bench time. So, if we'll run UB2016 campaign, I'm in already and I know my first project: Bronco flak ammo trailer 1/35, which I failed to finish in this one.

No worries Kimmo, I didn't get to complete either.
Well done all those who did finish. I'll do the ribbons tomorrow. And we'll get UB16 up and running shortly

I'm not very familiar with the ribbons system. I looked at my profile but i didn't see anything regarding ribbons. I don't think i was presented a ribbon.

Hi Hyder,
the rules for the Campaign where pretty basic:
1)A picture of the build in it's current state to be posted in the campaign thread when you start and at least 2 updates during the build
2)A final picture to be posted in the campaign gallery.
When giving out the ribbons it was based on the entries in the Gallery which explains why you didn't get one. However, we don't get hung up on rules so go ahead and put your completed build in the gallery and I'll award you your first ribbon! What's a few days between friends?
Cheers

Hello Sean,
I'm having trouble uploading my picture to the gallery. I'm not sure why it's not uploading or whether it may be some sort of size restriction. I never really used the Kit maker gallery as a result of these issues. Is there something i can do to solve this problem?

I have found that the size of the pic should be 800x600. If you use windows, you can us MSPAINT and you can resize it. Just make sure when the resize window opens up to select pixels instead of percentage and put 800 for horizontal and the vertical should automatically adjust (you could still put in 600). Save and you will be good to go.

I'm glad there'll be a follow up campaign as I've found some bits that need finishing off or revamping. I get distracted really easily and hop from one kit to another when I get something new that I'm excited about. I'm trying to liit myself to one kit at a time now. I'm sure I'm not the only one lol

OK, that's the final 2 ribbons awarded.
80 enlisted over the year and 15 actually managed to complete something. We'll have to do better this year gents, myself included.
I'm going to give every one a break for a few weeks and we'll aim to have UB16 from end of Jan to end of year. So gaze upon those shelves-of-shame, boxes-of-despair or trays-of-trepidation and decide which one you will conquer!

Woohoo, My first ribbon after 4 tries
Oh add the 'Display Case of Procrastination' to your list.
Example (The pic is a little outdated. There is a few more incompletes in there then when that pic was taken).

Guilty....and the first UB I missed finishing something for. I had to go back and look if I had finished any thing for this one. I had a Tamiya Ford GPA and a Trumpy BJ212 I planned on doing. They were projects I just kept putting off and ran out of time. They are actually less than a meter away from me. Maybe I'll do them for 2016.
