Wow!!! This looks fantastic, Dustin! The tinted glass at the top looks superb. To be honest, I never heard of Alclad II Armored Glass tint before but it does look good.

Hi Dustin,

Your Bradley looks really good - weathering (in my opinion) is 'spot-on'.

Well done with an excellent build!

Looking forward to more in the future.

Regards,
Kobus

Cristian & Kobus - Thank you fellas very much for the kind words. It is very much appreciated. I was afraid of under doing the pigments, but after looking more closely at the shots when I used a flash, I think it looks pretty good.

Progress on the Dora monster.

I removed the gun platform from the train cars to begin adding all the final stuff. This includes the loading platform, and elevator for shells and powder, Lots of railings and ladders, etc.

Who knew there was German OSHA that required all this safety stuff?

Right now, I'm not liking this kit much. Fit issues, too many fiddly bits, etc.

And it's literally the elephant in the room. What will I do with it when it's done?

Dustin - The armored glass came out well. As I mentioned earlier this is your best effort thus far. Even more so now that you have weathered it a bit more than previously. Noticed the base as well!

Armorsmith - You're too kind! Thank you very much. I just need to get my stowage rounded up. Maybe even some barbed wire roll. May pick up the ice chest set from MENG.

This Bradley has definitely kick started my want to build Modern armor. I need to get these two Tigers finished and out of my way so I can redirect my focus for a few kits.

Sal, that PE zimm is looking good on your Elefant, I am interested to see how it will look once painted.

Dustin, keep going with that Bradley, weathering is going great!

Tat, good progress on a challenging DML kit, I have their Tauchpanzer IV in the stash so I am getting a good idea of what it will be like to build.

Thanks Colin!

One of the photos of the Bradley looked so realistic that I had to search around it until the base gave the game away. You have made a very realistic model!

Wow Paul! Thank you so much for an amazing complement! That made my day, Sir!

EDIT: If you're talking about mine, that is. Haha. Because there is another very very nice Bradley in here also.

That is going to be a real elephant in the room, indeed Dave! I'll definitely put it in a prominent place of the house or at least my hobby room so it can catch as much attention as it can and deserve

Yes, it was yours that fooled my eye. Part of it was the lighting but mostly it was the realistic model you created. Congrats!

Thank you once again, Paul!

I'm going to call this done. It does need some stowage, but I'm going to add that at a later time when I can purchase some nice stowage items.

Here are the final pictures. Sorry that they aren't pro-quality. I still need to make a photo booth one day.

Thank you very much for letting me join in on this campaign. Also thank you all for the very kind comments. It's much appreciated.

Cheers,
Dustin

Congrats on your finish Dustin -- impressive! Sans a photo booth, an option (probably even better) is to take pics under natural light. Didn't believe this at first, but given the right conditions, pics turn out sharper and colors are more vivid. Cheers, Tat

Tat, Armorsmith - Thank you fellas very much. So much appreciated. I think I'll build an Abrams Tusk II next to go along with this Bradley.
