I got going on three more folks for the street action next to the truck. Preiser figures again. I just stuck them together so far. No work done yet in this pic.

They need work but are basically not bad.

Thanks Nick,
The plan is to fill the space with figs and maybe no one will notice that I forgot how to paint already after my break while I redid the bathroom here.

Hi Jerry...., can't believe I've only just come across your great build after all these months....
Fantastic progress pics, figure sculpting & transformations. Must've been a headache to get each & every 'participant' to fit in, but you've done a great job. Don't envy you the painting of all of them, all those highlights & shadows, but if you're paintings anything like your figure posing, then this will be exceptional.
Are the figures a mis-match of different kits, or 3-4 sets? And the civilians, you mentioned Preiser..., any other brands in there too? What kind of scene are you placing the truck in too, buildings, country road, groundwork or water?
Looking forward to seeing more progress, promise to keep up this time..
Cheers,
Simon.

Hi Jerry,
These three look especially hurried — cool additions! They should add nicely to the sense of urgency in your scene.

Better late than never buddy!
I have used Preiser and Dragon and Miniart and MB figs or parts thereof. Lots of Hornet heads and one Alpine fig so far. Lots of figure mods. I am pretty settled on this being a street scene in a small village or small city. Time will tell. I am hoping to get 'hold of a set of Stalingrads' western zone refugees as well. The more the merrier. They look great and it would be nice to paint something without it needing a boatload of prep work.
Thanks for checking in mate,

Jerry, she looks p*ssed!!!

I love the expression of angst and almost like a " what now!?" look. Well done!

Superb painting as usual.

Saw your stuff at Mosquitocon, especially loved the 'Falais' dio. This is shaping up to be just as masterful. Always a pleasure following along and watching your progress. Al

Thanks Al,
I got to talk to a lot of great folks at that show. It is the only place I ever bring any of my stuff. It's too bad I don't get to go to the club meetings any more.

Thanks for the kind words buddy! Being uprooted from your home would tend to ruin your whole day I suppose. I am happy I got that feeling across with the expression.
I am trying to show a few of the different ways folks would deal with this situation.

Hi Jerry,
I've been watching your progress and all I can say is wow. The skirt pattern on the teenager, did you do that freehand? You sir are an artist.
