Nice choice Marc. Armorama has a walk around feature on it on the homepage right now too. This was one of my first kits I did (from my Bandai inheritance)
Check the track48.com and onefortyeight.com galleries as I've seen some nice builds of this kit. Also Gasoline does replacement tracks for it if you have extra cash to spend. Have fun with it - I'm sure it'll have a popular following here.

Sal - what a meaningful choice. Must have been fun to fly it.
Greg, I didnt fly it, it was a maintenance test, I had to weigh it and replace some fuel lines , But my dad flew in it when he was in the Navy back in the 50's
So it arrived yesterday and looks pretty cool lots of different marking options
Just dont know if I will be able to start at jump off time I have to clear some work off the bench

Ok CG! Just dropped all the parts in soapy water. I ordered the tracks for the Sd.Kfz.7 Bandai kit.
I hope they don't take forever coming through customs.
BTW! That work area of yours is small but you have managed to use the space wisely.

@Patrick - I'm glad to see the excitement that's a great choice. Just remember there's a little careful fit work on the caboose of this kit http://www.perthmilitarymodelling.com/reviews/48/tamiya/tam32528.htm
@Marc - you went for the tracks, I hope they improve the look. My model shed has made me and my wife happy. It's a great doghouse and she doesn't have to look at my junk. It also forces me to keep my collection to realistically fit within those walls.

Some nice looking kits there.
Personally I cant decide what to do So I might chuck it in here I have a HB F-105D (with correct lewd decals ) or Tamiya's Do 335 Pfeil.
What do you peeps think?

Hey y'all, another TOTS GB - sounds like fun! The first one was a blast, so I am sure round two will be great!! I think this means I'm in, now to just pick a project.
I have a new Sherman Jumbo conversion laying around, and a Priest as well - any thoughts on which one sounds the most interesting?

One question, whens offical kick off? March 1st local time (GMT +11 here) or when the organiser waves the start flag? All the kids are in care/school tomorrow (thurs, 1st) can get prime building done.

You can start this campaign whenever March 1st is in your country - I am laid back so no worries

Greg: I like your shed!!
Oh, what to build, what to build? Good choices so far.
I've got a flak gun and a jadgtiger in the stash, and a couple of Dust walkers on their way. Not sure which to go with.
Happy Modelling, -zon

Greg -
No problemo - I will try for some pix of the Jumbo and related bits over the weekend - I think we're both in the same time zone though, if your moniker is a tell - I'm down here in Redondo Beach CA - if you are going to Valley Con in Pasadena over the weekend I can say hi

Man! Looks like this one's off to start tomorrow already! I really should join with something, I just don't have time for a whole aircraft (the only things I currently own in this scale are a Tamiya P-51D and a Wildcat). But maybe I'll find a jeep somewhere to join, just for fun.
Cheers!

Ooohh, you beat me to it Stefan! Anyway, I'll spend my day off tomorrow deciding on what to build.
I have never built a helicopter before and I have an Aurora I snagged off eBay a few years ago.
Soooo ...
